Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance, and providing technical support. This role requires a deep understanding of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
Manage cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and data encryption.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams.
Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
Research and recommend new technologies to improve IT efficiency and security.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Engineer, System Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
Experience with networking (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python is a plus).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
