Sand crabs become less aggressive after approximately 10 minutes after killing them. In order to make them angry again, you'll need to travel the length of your minimap before returning. Sand Crabs are found all over the beaches in the southern part of Zeah along with Crabclaw Isle, where you are likely to find groups consisting of 3 or 4 Sand Crabs.
