Dr. Derek Gatta is a highly accomplished prosthodontist in Boca Raton. Originally from Newport, RI, he earned a BS in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University and completed his dental education at Nova Southeastern University. With a scholarship from the US Navy, Dr. Gatta served in the Dental Corps for eight years, completing a General Practice Residency at Camp Pendleton and furthering his education with an MS in oral biology and a certificate in Prosthodontics from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

After deployments in Bahrain and Newport, RI, Dr. Gatta settled in South Florida, where he now runs a successful private practice. A board-certified Prosthodontist and a diplomat of the American College of Prosthodontists, Dr. Gatta is also an active member of the Academy of Osseointegration, ITI, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
