2️⃣ Representatives with Consent:
A solicitor, social worker, or another individual can apply on behalf of the aggrieved with their consent. 📜🤝
3️⃣ Police Officers:
A police officer can apply during a call-out for an incident without needing the aggrieved's consent. 🚔⚖️
4️⃣ Legal Guardians or Administrators:
Someone acting under another Act, such as a guardian for personal matters or an administrator for financial matters under the Guardianship and Administration Act 2000, can apply. 📋👥
5️⃣ The Adult Guardian:
